EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT I.E., “CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BG RAILWAY LINE FROM

MANOHARABAD TO KOTHAPALLI IN THE LIMITS OF GARSHAKURTHI, UPPARMALLIAL

& KURIKAYALA VILLAGES OF GANGADHARA MANDAL IN KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT”.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act. No. 21 0f 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby exempt the

Railway project, “Construction of new BG Railway line from Manoharabad to Kothapalli in the limits of Garshakurthi,

Upparmallial & Kurikayala Villages of Gangadhara Mandal in Karimnagar District”, from the application of the

provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLA &RR Act, 2013.” It is also certified that the efforts have

been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Karimnagar shall take further necessary action in the matter.
