EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "LAND ACQUISITION OF (5-18) ACRES LAND FOR LAYING HELIPAD

AND OTHER SECURITY PURPOSE IN FRONT OF CHIEF MINISTER'S CAMP OFFICE AT

THEGALAGUTTAPALLI (V), KARIMNAGAR (RURAL) MANDAL IN KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT."

[G.O.Ms. No. 79, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Buildings), 29^th August, 2018.]

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the work i.e. "Land

acquisition for the extent of (5.18) Acres land for laying Helipad and other security prupose in front of chief

Minister's Camp Office of land in survey No. 232, at Theegalaguttapally (V), Karimnagar (M) in Karimnagar

District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also

certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above work.

The Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Buildings & N.H., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
