NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SMT. GURIZELA RAJU, PRESIDENT MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD,

METPALLY, JAGITIAL DISTRICT PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON 24.07.2018 AT 11.00 AM-

REMOVAL OF THE PRESIDENT.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Gurizela Raju, President, Mandal Praja Parishad,

Metpally, Jagitial District was moved under sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat Raj Act, 2018,

(Act No. 5 of 2018).

And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose considering the above motion was held on 24.07.2018 at 11 A.M.

And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by (7) out of a total number of (10)

members presented and thus motion was passed with requisite majority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat Raj

Act, 2018, (Act 5 of 2018) the Government hereby remove the said Smt. Gurizela Raju from the office of the

President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Metpally, Jagitial District with effect from the date of the publication of this

notification in the Telangana Gazette.
