NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SRI SAMA NARSIMHA GOUD, CHAIRPERSON,

BADANGPET MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF R.R.DISTRICT - REMOVAL OF THE CHAIRPERSON

FROM OFFICE.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Sri Sama Narsimha Goud, Chairperson, Badangpet

Municipal Council was moved under Section 46 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965.

And Whereas, in a meeting for the purpose of considering the above motion was held on 29-08-2018 at

11:00 A.M.

And Whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by 18 members out of a total

number of 20 members and thus motion was passed with requisite majority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section 6 of Section 46 of Telangana

Municipalities Act, 1965; the Government hereby removes Sri Sama Narsimha Goud, Chairperson, Badangpet

Municipal Council from office with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Telangana Gazette.
