AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY FOR THE

STATE OF TELANGANA.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act

No.39 of 1987) as amended by the Legal Services Authorities (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Central Act No.59 of 1994)

read with Rule 3 of Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1995, read with Section 103 of Andhra

Pradesh Re-organization Act, 2014, the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the

Telangana State Legal Services Authority Constituted in the G.O.Ms.No.9, Law (LA, LA & J- Home- Courts- A1)

Department, dated: 05-11-2014.

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in Sl.No.4 (f), for the words “the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad” the word

“the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ranga Reddy District” shall be substituted.
