CONSTITUTION OF BOARD - NOMINATION OF DR. E. MUTHURAMAN AS NON-OFFICIAL

DIRECTOR IN PLACE OF SRI T.V. RATNA RAO, TO THE BOARD OF TELANGANA

STATE WAREHOUSING CORPORATION, W.E.F. 01-01-2019 TO 31-12-2021 OR TILL HIS

SUCCESSOR IS NOMINATED IN TERMS OF RULES 4 OF TSWC RULES, 1965.

Under Section 20 (1) (a) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 read with Rule 4 and 8 of the

Telangana State Warehousing Corporation Rules 1965, the Government of Telangana hereby nominate

Dr. E. Muthuraman as non-official Director in place of Sri T.V. Ratna Rao, to the Board of Telangana State

Warehousing Corporation, w.e.f. 01-01-2019 to 31-12-2021 or till his successor is nominated in terms of

Rule 4 of TSWC Rules, 1965, whichever is earlier to the Board of Telangana State Warehousing Corporation

as nominated by the Central Warehousing Corporation.
