EXEMPTION FROM THE APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II & III OF RFCTLARR

ACT, 2013 (TELANGANA AMENDMENT ACT, 2016).

"In exercise of the Provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana,

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in public interest, exempting the acquisition of land to an

extent of Ac. 10.19 Gts. in Sy.No.345 & 366 of Shankarampet-R, (V&M) of Medak District for construction

of 132/33 KV SS at Chinna Shankarampet from the application of provisions of the Chapter II and III of the

Act".

It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for

construction of 132/33 KV SS at Chinna Shankarampet, Medak District.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), Telangana State and the Chairman and Managing

Director, TSTRANSCO shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
