AMENDMENT TO RULES ON THE APPELLATE SIDE - INSERTION

OF A PROVISO TO RULE 33 B (3) IN CHAPTER III-A OF HIGH

COURT APPELLATE SIDE RULES.

Government, the High Court has made the following amendment to

R.N.I.No.TELMUL/2016/73158.

Rule 33 B (3) in Chapter III-A, High Court Appellate Side Rules by inserting

a proviso as under:

"Provided that such certification of competence to assist the Court,

need not be insisted upon, in respect of practicing Advocates who

choose to appear as party-in-person."
