PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN DAIRIES AND MILK SUPPLYING SCHEMES TO ENSURE THE UN-

INTERRUPTED SUPPLY OF MILK TO THE PUBLIC UNDER THE TELANGANA STATE

ESSENTIAL SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971 (TELANGANA ACT 20 OF 1971) FOR A

PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS.

Whereas, the Government of Telangana are satisfied that it is necessary to prohibit strikes in the public interest

in all the services connected with the working of the Dairies and Milk Supply Schemes in various Districts of the

State of Telangana.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana State

Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Telangana Act No. 20 of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby

prohibits strikes for a period of six (6) months with immediate effect in all the services connected with the working

of Dairies and Milk Supply Schemes in various districts of the State of Telangana.
