HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA - AMENDMENT TO THE GUIDELINES 11(I) IN

THE GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT OF LAW CLERKS TO HON'BLE JUDGES OF THE

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND

THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH.

NOTIFICATION NO. 2/SO/2019

ROC.No. 3247/SO/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India,

and all other powers hereunto enabling, the High Court for the State of Telangana hereby makes the following

amendment to the Guideline No. 11(i) in the Guidelines for appointment of Law Clerks to Hon'ble Judges of the High

Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

AMENDMENT

"For figure "Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) occurring in Guideline No. 11(i) of the Guidelines

for appointment of Law Clerks to Hon'ble Judges of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State

of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, the figure "Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand

only)" shall be substituted."
