EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e "CONSTRUCTION OF HLB AT KM 3/8-4/4 ACROSS MANJEERA RIVER

ON ANNASAGAR - PITLAM ROAD IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e "Construction

of HLB at Km 3/8-4/4 across Manjeera River on Annasagar - Pitlam road in Nizamabad District (newly formed

Kamareddy District)", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013".

It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above

project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
