In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Telangana

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 23 of 2017), the State

Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following amendments in the notification No. 31/2018-Central Tax, dated

the 6^th August, 2018, issued vide G.O.Ms. No. 186, Revenue (CT-II)

Department, Dt. 05.09.2018, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2,-

(i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word "31^st August, 2018",

the figures, letters and word "31^st January, 2019" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word "30^th September,

2018", the figures, letters and word "28^th February, 2019" shall be

substituted.
