EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e “CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH LEVEL CABLE STAYED

BRIDGE ACROSS MANAIR RIVER AT SADHASHIVPALLY CONNECTING HYDERABAD –

KARIMNAGAR – RAMAGUNDAM ROAD AND RAYAPATNAM – KODAD ROAD (NH563) IN

KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A (e) in Chapter III. A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e “ Construction

of High level Cable Stayed Bridge across Manair River at Sadhashivpally connecting Hyderabad-Karimnagar-

Ramagundam road and Rayapatnam-Kodad road (NH563) in Karimnagar District under EPC Mode”, from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
