DECLARATION OF THE BHAGYANAGAR GAS LIMITED IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA AS “PUBLIC

UTILITY SERVICE”.

Whereas, the Government of Telangana, is satisfied that it is necessary to declare the Bhagyanagar Gas

Limited as Public Utility Service for a period of six months in public interest.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub clause (VI) of clause (n) of section 2 of the

Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), Government of Telangana hereby declares the Bhagyanagar

Gas Limited in the State of Telangana as “Public Utility Service” for a period of six months with effect from the date

of issue of this notification, since the industry is specified in 1^st schedule of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947.
