NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST RAVINDER TAKKALAPALLI, PRESIDENT MANDAL PRAJA

PARISHAD, KHANAPUR, WARANGAL (RURAL) DIST., PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON

11.01.2019 AT 11.00 AM - REMOVAL OF THE PRESIDENT.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Sri Ravinder Takkalapalli, President, Mandal Praja Parishad,

Khanapur, Warangal (Rural) District was moved under sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat Raj Act,

2018, (Act No. 5 of 2018).

And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose considering the above motion was held on 11.01.2019

at 11.00 A.M.

And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by (6) out of a total number of (9)

members presented and thus motion was passed with requisite majority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat

Raj Act, 2018, (Act 5 of 2018) Government hereby remove the said Sri Ravinder Takkalapalli from the office of the

President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Khanapur, Warangal (Rural) Dist., with effect from the date of the publication of

this notification in the Telangana State Gazette.

PARISHAD, BEJJANKI, KARIMNAGAR DIST., PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON 26.11.2018

Bejjanki, Karimnagar Dist., was moved under sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Panchayat Raj Act, 2018,

(Act No. 5 of 2018).

And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose considering the above motion was held on 26.11.2018 at

11.00 A.M.

Parishad, Bejjanki, Karimnagar Dist., with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in theTelangana

State Gazette.
