CONDUCT OF CASUAL ELECTIONS TO WARD NO. 31 OF KHAMMAM MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
IN KHAMMAM DISTICT - RESULT DECLARED ON 27.03.2019.
No. 1311/TSEC-ULBs/2019-2,- WHEREAS, in pursuance of notification No. 1311/TSEC-ULBs/2019,
Dated: 08.03.2019, issued by the Telangana State Election Commission, casual election was held to the office of the
Ward Member of 31 of Khammam Municipal Corporation in Khammam District.
AND WHEREAS, the election results of the said ward member was declared by the Returning Officer
concerned on 27.03.2019.
AND WHEREAS, the name of the elected ward member of 31st Ward of Khammam Municipal Corporation
in the said casual election has been sent to the Telangana State Election Commission by the Commissioner &
Additional Election Authority, of Khammam Municipal Corporation in Khammam District, vide his Letter Roc.No.G1/
175/casual-Election/31 ward/KMC 2019, Dated: 27.03.2019 for publication of the same in the Telangana Gazette.
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Section 66 of the GHMC, Act, 1955, read with the Section 14 of
Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994, the Telangana State Election Commission, hereby, notifies the name of
the Ward Member elected for 31st ward of Khammam Municipal Corporation along with his party affiliation and
reservation particulars in the Annexure to this Notification.
