DECLARATION OF THE PLANT AT PATANCHERU CETP AS ESSENTIAL SERVICE UNDER THE

ESSENTIAL SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971 (ACT 20 OF 1971) FOR A FURTHER PERIOD

UP TO 31.12.2022.

Whereas the Government are satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary and expedient to declare the

Common Effluent Treatment Plant of M/s. PETL at Patancheru, Medak as an Esssential Service.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-clause (vi) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of

section 2 of the Telangana State Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of 1971), the Governor of

Telangana State hereby declare Common Effluent Treatment Plant of M/s PETL, Patancheru, Medak District.,

Telangana State as essential service for a further period up to 31.12.2022, with effect from the date of issue of this

order.
