AMENDMENT TO RULE 4 (2) (d) (ii) (b) OF THE TELANGANA STATE JUDICIAL (SERVICE &

CADRE) RULES, 2017.

In exercise of the powers conferred by artciles 233, 234, 235, 237 read with proviso to article 309 and proviso

to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, and in consultation

with the High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following

amendment to the Telangana State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 59, Law

(LA&J, Spl.C) Department, dated: 15-07-2017.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in Rule 4 (2) (d) (ii) (b) of “the Telangana State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2017

(b) Categories 1 - 6 of the Telangana Judicial Ministerial Service” shall be substituted with the following :-

“Rule 4(2)d(ii)(b): “the categories No. 1 to 9” in Rule 5 of the Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate

Service Rules, 2018 i.e., Chief Administrative Officer - Category-1, Senior Superintendent - Category - 2 and

Superintendent - Category-3; Stenographer Grade-I - Category-4; Stenographer Grade-II - Category-5; Stenographer

Grade-III - Category-6, Senior Assistant - Category-7; Junior Assistant - Category-8; and Typist - Category-9.
