In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section

64 of the Factories Act, 1948, Government hereby extends the applicability

of Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950 for a period of (5) years

115 of the said Act and no objections / suggestions have been received within

the stipulated period.
