NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SRI G . BHUMAREDDI, PRESIDENT, MPP CHOPPADANDI PASSED

THE MOTION WITH THE SUPPORT OF TWO THIRDS OF TOTAL NUMBER OF MEMBERS -

REMOVAL OF THE PRESIDENT - FROM OFFICE.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Sri G. Bhumareddi, President, MPP, Choppadandi,

Karimnagar District was moved in accordance with the provision of Sub-section (1) of Section 263 of the Panchayat

Raj Act, 2018, (Act No. 5 of 2018).

And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by (10) out of (15) members present and

thus motion was passed with requisite majority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 263 of the Panchayat Raj

Act, 2018 (Act 5 of 2018) the Government hereby remove the said Sri G. Bhumareddy, from the office of the

President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Choppadandi with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the

Telangana Gazette.
