THE TELANGANA STATE LAND ACQUISITION (CONSENT AWARD, VOLUNTARY ACQUISITION

AND LUMP-SUM PAYMENT TOWARDS REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT)

RULES 2017 IN TALLAPALLYGUDA (V), MANCHAL (M), RANGA REDDY DISTRICT-

EXEMPTION.

[Memo No.1481/IP&INF/A2/2019-1, Industries & Commerce (IP&INF), 25^th May, 2019.]

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Tallapallyguda

Village for acquisition of land over an extent of Acs.473.16 gts. in Sy.No.84 of Tallapallyguda (V), Manchal (M),

Rangareddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act. It is also

certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Rangareddy District shall take further necessary action in the matter.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Sulthanpur

Village for acquisition of land over an extent of Acs.256.04 gts. in Sy. No.30 of Sulthanpur (V), Ameenpur(M),

Sangareddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act. It is also

certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Sangareddy District shall take further necessary action in the matter.
