EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e., CONSTRUCTION OF BYE PASS LINE BETWEEN

HASANPARTHY AND WARANGAL STATIONS IN WARANGAL (URBAN) DISTRICT.

[G.O.Ms. No. 10, Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr. S&V), 30^th May, 2019.]

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act.No.21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby exempt the Railway

Project, "Construction of Bye pass Line between Hasanparthy and Warangal Stations in Warangal (Urban) District",

from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013" in the public

interest. It is also certfied that the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the

said project.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Warangal (Urban) shall take further necessary action in the matter.

TO KAZIPET STATIONS IN WARANGAL (URBAN) DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act.No.21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby, exempt the Railway

Project, "Construction of 3^rd line between Balharshah to Kazipet Stations in Warangal (Urban) District", from the

application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013" in the public interest. It

is also certified that the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Warangal (Urban) District shall take further necessary action in the

matter.
