EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e. “CONSTRUCTION OF HLB AT KM 6/4-8 ON VEDIRA X ROAD TO

GUNDI ROAD IN KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT”.

[G.O. Ms. No. 12, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R.II), 1st June, 2019.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR

( Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project

i.e. “Construction of HLB at Km 6/4-8 on Vedira X Road to Gundi Road in Karimnagar District”, from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
