CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS TO THE PROVISIONS OF TELANGANA SHOPS AND

ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1988 IN BUSINESS REFORMS ACTION PLAN (BRAP), 2019,

DIPP, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA ON IMPLEMENTATION OF EASE OF DOING BUSINESS

SCHEME.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 73 of the Telangana Shops and

Establishments Act, 1988, Government hereby orders exemption for all shops and establishments from sub-

section (2) of section 3 of the Act for issue of final registration certificate within one day from the date of uploading

of application along with enclosures as may be prescribed and also exemption from section (4) of the Act for

granting renewal of registration certificate subject to payment of annual fee by the employer for extending the

validity of registration by 1^st December of every year.
