DRAFT VARIATION TO THE HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR
PROPOSAL FOR REALIGNMENT OF MUPPIREDDYPALLY VILLAGE AND KALLAKAL VILLAGE,
TUPRAN MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the road network envisaged in the Notified Master Plan of MDP-2031 vide
G.O.Ms.No.33, MA, dt:24-01-2013, which is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No.8 of 2008).
A Notice is hereby given that the draft variation will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days
from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which
may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the Government
of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal
Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, Telangana, Hyderabad - 500 022.
DRAFT VARIATION-1
The proposed 30 mts. wide Masterplan Road proposed through the TSIIC layout is now proposed to be
re-aligned along the existing 12 mtrs. wide road the schedule is as follows as marked (GH).
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
NORTH : MDP-2031 road 30 mts. wide.
SOUTH : The realigned road passing from East to West Connecting 45 mtrs. wide MDP
road on eastern side and NH44 on western side.
EAST : Sy.Nos. 341, 37, 354/39, 346P, 315P.
WEST : Sy.Nos. 342/4, 342/40, 342/39, 342/38, 342/37, 342/36, 342/55, 342/54,
