AUTHORIZING COMMISSIONERS OF MUNICIPALITIES/MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND

DEPUTY COMMISSIONERS OF GHMC TO PUBLISH ELECTORAL ROLLS.

No.2372/TSEC-ULBs/2019:– In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 243 K and 243 ZA of

the Constitution of India, read with Sections 10-A, 10-B and 11 of Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965, and rules

relating to the Telangana Municipalities (Preparation and Publication of Electoral Rolls) Rules, 2001, and Section

14 of the Telangana Municipal Corporations Act (Act 25 of 1994) and Sections 9,10 and 12(1) of the Greater

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (Act II of 1956) and the Rules relating to the Telangana Municipal

Corporations (Preparation and Publication of Electoral Rolls) Rules, 2001, the State Election Commission, Telangana

hereby authorizes the Commissioners of respective Municipalities and Municipal Corporations (Except

GHMC) and Concerned Deputy Commissioners of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in GHMC

area, for preparation and publication of Ward-wise Photo Electoral Rolls of all wards in their respective

Municipalities / Corporations / Circles.
