FIXING THE STRENGTH OF NAGAR PANCHAYATHS AND MUNICIPALITIES.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 326 read with clause (1) of sub-section (2)

of Section 5 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act 6 of 1965), the Government of Telangana hereby repeal

the rules and amendments issued thereon vide G.O.Ms.No. 468, MA&UD (Elec.II) Department, Dated: 02.11.2004

and all other relevant orders and notifications issued on this subject, in relation to the State of Telangana with

immediate effect.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 585 read with Section 5 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporations

Act, 1955 and sub-section (1) of Section 18 read with section 5 of the Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994,

the Government of Telangana hereby repeal the rules and amendments issued thereon vide G.O.Ms.No. 328, MA

& UD (Elec.II) Department Dated: 20.04.2005 and all other relevant orders and notifications issued on this subject,

in relation to the State of Telangana with immediate effect.
