In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisio under section 62-A of the Telangana Municipalities

Act, 1965 and section 14 of Telangana Municipal Corporations, Act, 1994 read with section 70-G of Greater Hyderabad

Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, the Governor of Telangana hereby appoints Special Officer to the Municipalities/

Municipal Corporations in the State as indicated in the Annexure to exercise the powers, performs the duties and

discharge the functions of the Municipal Council, the Chairperson/Mayor and the Committees constituted under the

respective Acts until the elected members come into office.
