In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 1 of The Telangana State Private

Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018 (Act No. 11 of 2018), the Government hereby appoint the

15-07-2019 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
