APPOINTMENT OF STATUTORY AUDITORS TO TSWC FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2018-19.

Under sub section 3 of Section 31 of the Telangana State Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962, on request

of the Managing Director, Telangana State Warehousing Corporation (TSWC) and on the advice of the Comptroller

and Auditor General of India, New Delhi in the letters from the M.D. TSWC, Hyderabad Lr.No. TSWC/A3/48/

Statutory Audit/2019, Dt: 21-05-2019 and from the Sr. Administrative Officer, Comptroller and Auditor General

of India, New Delhi No. CA.V/FRM/TELANGANA, S/1105, Dt: 11-09-2018 here by appoint M/s MOS &

Associated LLP (HYO716) Charted Accountants, Hyderabad, as the Statutory Auditors of the Telangana State

Warehousing Corporation (TSWC) for Audit of the Accounts of the Corporation for the year 2018-19 at the rate

1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) for the year.

As per clause 13 (ii) of the Telangana State Warehousing Corporation Employees Provident Fund Regulations,

1965, the Government of Telangana hereby appoint M/s MOS & Associated LLP (HYO716) Charted Accountants,

Hyderabad, as the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation, for the year 2018-19 and they will be paid an amount of

Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) for the financial Year 2018-19 towards their remuneration.
