VARIATION TO THE HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR

REDUCING THE ROAD WIDTH OF A MASTER PLAN ROAD (AB) IN FINANCIAL DIST. OF

NANAKRAMGUDA (V), SERILINGAMPALLY (M), RANGA REDDY DISTRICT - CONFIRMATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development

Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008), the Government hereby makes the following variation to the road network

envisaged in the CDA Master Plan of Serilingampally Mandal approved vide G.O.Ms.No.538, MA, dt:29-10-2001,

read with G.O.Ms.No.19, MA, dated: 21-11-2014, as required by sub-section (1) of the said section.

VARIATION

The width of a 30 mtrs. wide proposed Master Plan road (AB) which is passing through Sy.No’s.115/1,115/32,

116, 117, 115/35, 119, 118, 115/13,115/12, 115/8, 115/7, 115/5, 115/6, 115/4, 115/3,105 & 104 of Financial Dist. & IT

Layout of Nanakramguda Village in the CDA Master Plan of Serilingampally Mandal approved vide G.O.Ms.No.538,

MA, dt:29-10-2001, read with G.O.Ms.No.19, MA, dated:21-11-2014 is now reduced to 24 Mtrs. wide road subject

to following conditions.

a. The above draft variation shall not be used as proof of any title of the land.

b. The above draft variation does not bar any public agency including HMDA/Local Authority to acquire

land for any public purpose as per law.

c. HMDA/GHMC shall collect pro-rate collection of development charges/conversion charges from all the

adjoining property owners of the said road as and when they come for development permission.

d. The applicant has to fulfill any other conditions as may be imposed by the Competent Authority.
