POLITICAL PARTY FOR CONTESTING IN LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS - FOR CALLING

OBJECTIONS IF ANY FROM GENERAL PUBLIC.

Lr No.2676/ TSEC-L/2019.– Notice is hereby given to the general public that, one Sri Syed Kamal

Ather, R/o. 3-2-207, Khan Colony, Tandur, Vikarabad District - 501141, intends to register a political party

without reserved symbol with the State Election Commission, Telangana, under the name and style of “Welfare

Party of India” with location of its head office at D.No. 122/1, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025

and local office at 10-3-14, Flat No. 407, A-Block, Ookaz Complex, Mehadipatnam, Hyderabad-500028,

under the Registration of Political parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2018. The main office bearers of the

Party are, Sri Syed Kamal Ather, President; Sri Mohd Waseem, General Secretary and Sri Ahmed

Quiyamuddin, Treasurer; Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public or any political party,

shall be sent to the Secretary, State Election Commission, Telangana, 1^st Floor, DTCP Building, Opp: PTI Building,

A.C. Guards, Hyderabad - 500004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are

received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register “Welfare Party of India” as a

Political Party to contest elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party basis in Telangana State.
