PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN THE TELANGANA STATE ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION

FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS WITH EFFECT FROM 01-12-2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Telangana Essential Services

Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby extend the prohibition of

strikes for a further period of six months with effect from 01-12-2019 in any service under the Telangana

State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) constituted under the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950

(Act 64 of 1950).
