DELEGATION OF POWERS VESTED WITH THE GOVERNMENT UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL

DISPUTES ACT, 1947 TO THE COMMISSIONER OF LABOUR, TELANGANA.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of Section 39 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

( Central Act 14 of 1947 ) in addition to all the previous Notifications issued in this behalf, the Government

of Telangana hereby directs that the powers exercisable by the Government under sub section (5) of section

12 on receipt of report by the Commissioner of Labour under sub section 4 of section 12 of the Industrial

Disputes Act, 1947 ( Central Act 14 of 1947 ) from the Conciliation Officer shall be exercisable by the

Commissioner of Labour.
