APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR TO CONDUCT PROSECUTION IN CERTAIN

CASES PENDING ON THE FILE OF 1^st ADDITIONAL DISTRICT & SESSIONS COURT-CUM-

SPECIAL SESSIONS COURT FOR POCSO ACT CASES, NALGONDA - AMENDMENT.

AMENDMENT

After para (1) of G.O.Rt.No. 1153, Home (Courts.A1) Department, dt.07-10-2019, the following para

shall be added:

Under the provisions of Section 24(8) and (9) of Cr. P.C. read with section 32(1) of POCSO Act, 2012, the

Government hereby appoint Sri K. Chandra Sekhar, Public Prosecutor (Retired) as Special Public Prosecutor

to conduct prosecution in S.C.No. 109/2019 (Cr.No.33/2019 of P.S. Bommalaramaram),

S.C.No.110/2019 (Cr.No. 39/2019 of P.S.Bommalaramaram) and S.C. No. 111/2019 (Cr.34/2015 of

P.S. Bommalaramaram) pending on the file of 1^st Additional District & Sessions Court-cum-Special Sessions

Court for POCSO Act cases at Nalgonda.

The Director of Prosecutions (FAC), Telangana State, Hyderabad and Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda,

shall take necessary action in the mattter and communicate the orders to the concerned.
