INSTITUTION OF LOKAYUKTA / UPA-LOKAYUKA - SRI JUSTICE CHINTAPANTI VENKATA RAMULU,

FORMER JUDGE OF HIGH COURT - APPOINTED AS LOKAYUKTA FOR THE STATE OF

TELANGANA.

In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana Lokayuka

Act, 1983 as amended vide Telangana Ordinance No.8 of 2019, dated 12.12.2019, the Governor of Telangana is

pleased to appoint Sri Justice Chintapanti Venkata Ramulu, former Judge of High Court as Lokayukta of Telangana.

He shall hold the office for a term of five years from the date of his assumption of charge, as per the Sub-section (1)

of Section (5) of Telangana Lokayukta Act 1983.

DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE - APPOINTED AS UPA-LOKAYUKTA FOR THE STATE OF
