PROHIBITION OF STRIKES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TELANGANA ESSENTIAL SERVICES

MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 3 of Telangana

Essential Services Maintendance Act, 1971, (Andhra Pradesh Act 20 of 1971), (adopted for the State of Telangana

vide G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Dept., Dated: 01-06-2016) the Government of Telangana State, hereby prohibit

strikes in Shishuvihar Hyderabad/ Specialized Adoption Agencies, Hyderabad for a period of six months with

effect from 23-12-2019.
