AMENDMENT - EXTENSION OF DUE DATE FURNISHING OF

STATEMENT IN FORM GST CMP-08.

[G.O.Ms.No.138, Revenue (CT-II), 23rd December, 2019.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Telangana

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ( Telangana Act No. 23 of 2017) the

State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes

the following amendments in the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 81,

Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dt. 18-07-2019, namely:-

R.N.I.No.TELMUL/2016/73158. [Price : `. 3-00.

HSE No. 1051/2017-19.

In the said G.O., in paragraph 2, after the first proviso, the following

proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

"Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement

containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said

FORM GST CMP-08, for the quarter July, 2019 to

September, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 22nd day of

October, 2019".

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect

from the 18th day of October, 2019.
