In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Telangana Municipalities Act No.11
of 2019 read with Telangana Municipalities (Division of Municipalities into wards) Rules 2019, issued in G.O.Ms.No.78,
Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA) Department, Dated 29.06.2019, the Governor of Telangana
hereby notify the division of Chennur Municipality into Eighteen (18) wards as described in the Annexure appended
to the notification with immediate effect.

WARD NO. 1
NORTH
Starts at municipal boundary i.e., Sy No.1429 ( Stream i.e., Bathukamma
Vagu/ Bridge left) along and goes towards West to East along Municipal
Boundary (all along the bathukamma vagu) and ends at Sy.No.1460
EAST
Starts from Sy No.1460 and goes towards North to South along natural
water supply canal and kutchha Road via hazrath baba dargah and turns
right and goes along water supply canal and again turns left and goes
toward house No.18-104 and goes upto house no.18-12/1 via Govt. Open
well.
SOUTH
Starts from House No.18-12/1 and moves towards East to West and goes

NORTH

Godavari road and ends at municipal boundary i.e., Godavari river

EAST
Starts at municipal boundary i.e., Sy.No.405 and goes toward North to

SOUTH
