INCLUSION OF MEMBER OF LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, NIZAMABAD AS A MEMBER IN THE

NIZAMABAD URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana Urban Areas

(Development) Act, 1975 (Act No. 1 of 1975), the Government hereby nominate the "Member of Legislative

Council, Nizamabad" as a Member under category (c) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act, in addition to the

Members nominated for the Nizamabad Urban Development Authority vide G.O.Ms.No. 271, MA & UD

(Plg. 1.2) Department, dated: 24.10.2017.

INCLUSION OF AREA OF NADIPALLY VILLAGE IN THE JURISDICTION OF NIZAMABAD URBAN

DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Telangana Urban

Areas (Development) Act, 1975, the Governor of Telangana hereby include the area of "Nadipally" village / local

body in the jurisdiction of "Nizamabad Urban Development Authority". Consequent on such inclusion, in the

Notification-I appended to G.O.Ms.No. 271, MA & UD (Plg. 1.2) Department, dated: 24.10.2017, the area of

"Nadipally" Village shall be added as Sl.No. 63.
