ORDINARY ELECTIONS TO URBAN LOCAL BODIES, 2020 - ISSUE OF ELECTION NOTIFICATION.

No. 3038/TSEC-ULBs/2019:– In exercise of the powers conferred Under Articles 243-K and 243 - ZA

of the Constitution of India, read with Section 194 and 195 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019,

(Act No. 11 of 2019) and the Telangana Municipalities and Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of

Members) Rules, 2019 issued thereunder, the State Election Commission, Telangana, hereby, calls upon the registered

voters of the Municipalities indicated in the Annexure-I and Municipal Corporations indicated in the

Annexure-II appended to this Notification, to elect Members of the Wards thereof and, hereby, notifies the

following programme for conduct of elections.
