DELEGATION OF SPECIAL EXECUTIVE MAGISTERIAL POWERS FOR ORDINARY ELECTIONS
TO THE MUNICIPALITIES, 2020 IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central
Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Telangana hereby further appoint the officers specified in the annexure
appended to this order as Execute Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates, in addition to the
Special Executive Magistrate appointed vide orders issued vide G.O.Rt.No. 448, LAW (LA, LA&J-HOME-
COURTS-B) DEPARTMENT, Dated: 06.08.2019, with effect from the date of publication of Notification till the
completion of ordinary elections to the Municipalities, 2020 and confer on them the powers under Sections
37,44,103,129,133,144,174(4) and 176 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) in
their respective jurisdiction as alloted by the Collector & District Magistrate, Nizamabad District.
