REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION OF THE PROJECT ACQUISITION OF CEILING PATTA LAND IN

KUCHRAM VILLAGE, MANOHARABAD (M), SIDDIPET DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Kuchram Vg.,

Manoharabad (M), Siddipet (Dist.) Acs. 0.221 or 897.00 Sq.Mtrs of ceiling Patta Land in Sy.No.230 for widening of

approach road leading to Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC for acquisition of land from the application of provisions

of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the

minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Siddipet District and the VC & MD, TSIIC Limited, Hyderabad shall take

further necessary action in the matter.

REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION OF THE PROJECT ACQUISITION GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND IN

NASARLAPALLY VILLAGE, CHINTHAPALLY (M), NALGONDA DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Chinthapally

(M), Nalgonda (Dist.) an extent Acs. 80.36 gts. in Sy.No.287 of Nasarlapally Vg., for development of New

Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC for acquisition of land from the application of provisions of the Chapter - II and

Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land

required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Nalgonda District and the VC & MD, TSIIC Limited, Hyderabad shall

take further necessary action in the matter.

IN ELKURTHY VILLAGE, DHARMASAGAR MANDAL OF WARANGAL URBAN DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Industrial Park at Elkurthy

Village, Dharmasagar Mandal of Warangal Urban District an extent of Acs. 30.00 Gts. located in Sy.No.160 of for

establishment of Trade Fair Complex in favour of TSTPC for acquisition of land from the application of provisions

of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the

minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak District and the VC & MD, TSIIC Limited, Hyderabad shall take

further necessary action in the matter.
