EXEMPTION OF PROJECT “IMPROVEMENTS OF RADIAL ROAD NO.7 FROM TELLAPUR

JUNCTION TO EDULANAGULAPALLY ON OUTER RING ROAD IN RANGA REDDY

DISTRICT AND SANGA REDDY DISTRICT”, FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(c) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project

“Improvements of Radial Road No. 7 from Tellapur Junction to Edulanagulapally on Outer Ring Road in Ranga

Reddy District and Sanga Reddy District”, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the

RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
