AMENDMENT TO RULE 3 OF THE TELANGANA URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY SERVICE

RULES, 1988.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4-B read with Section 58 of Andhra Pradesh

Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975, the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the

Telangana Urban Development Authority Service Rules, 1988 issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 611, HMA&UD (B1), (MA),

dated : 22-11-1988 and as adapted vide G.O.Ms.No. 165, MA & UD (B1) Department, dated : 01-06-2016.

AMENDMENT

In the Telangana Urban Development Authority Service Rules, 1988:-

(i)

In rule 2, after category 7, the following category shall be added namely:-

“8. Assistant Director of Horticulture”.

(ii)

In rule 3, in the table thereunder, after category 7, the following category shall be added, namely:-

R.N.I. No. TELMUL/2016/73158.
