PROHIBITION OF STRIKES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TELANGANA ESSENTIAL SERVICES

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of Telangana Essential

Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Andhra Pradesh Act 20 of 1971), (adopted for the State of Telangana vide

G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dt: 01-06-2016) the Government of Telangana State, hereby prohibit strikes in

Shishuvihar Hyderabad/Specialized Adoption Agencies, Hyderabad for a period of six months with effect from

17-06-2020.
