EXEMPTION OF TWO PROJECTS IN RANGA REDDY DISTRICT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act. 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the projects i.e

“ 1. Widening and Strengthening of existing Kandukur to Yacharam road Via Meerkhanpet in the reach from

Km 8/600 to Km 22/0 in Rangareddy District (Existing road chainage) for providing external road connectivity to

Hyderabad Pharmacity and 2. Widening and Strengthening the existing Single lane to double lane with paved shoulders

of Nandiwanaparthy to Medipally Road in Ranga Reddy District for providing external road connectivity to Hyderabad

Pharmacity”, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also

certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
