AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. 5 OF 2005).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Telangana Value Added Tax

Act, 2005 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2005), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to

the Schedule-VI appended to the said Act.

The amendment made shall be deemed to have come into force on and with effect from 25.05.2018.

AMENDMENT

In the said Act, in Schedule-VI, in the Note Under Explanation-IV, for the item (l), the following shall be

substituted, namely :-

“(1) M/s Nayara Energy Limited”.
