EXEMPTION OF PROJECT STRETCH i.e. "WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF PWD ROAD TO

GOPALPUR VIA KONDAPUR, VASALAMARRI IN YADADRI BHONGIR DISTRICT".

[G.O.Ms. No. 14, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R.II), 27^th April, 2020.]

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 A (e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e

"Widening and Strengthening of PWD road to Gopalpur via Kondapur, Vasalamarri from Km. 0/0 to 4/6 in

Yadadri Bhongir District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR

Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land

required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S. R&CRN Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
