EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e., “WIDENING OF INTERMEDIATE RING ROAD AT RAIDURG, PANMAKTHA

VILLAGE OF SERILIGAMPALLY MANDAL IN RANGA REDDY DISTRICT”.

[G.O. Ms. No. 34, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R.II), 30^th June, 2020.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e “Widening of

Intermediate Ring Road at Raidurg, Panmaktha Village of Serilingampally Mandal in Ranga Reddy District”. from

the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The District Collector & Magistrate, Ranga Reddy/the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN, Hyderabad shall

take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
